Ordering: Fax orders accepted at 623-869-7152 anytime. Phone orders are accepted at 623-869-7154 M-F 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Arizona does not observe Day Light Savings Time)

Payment Terms: All orders within the continental USA are C.O.D. or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. C.O.D. orders are surcharged $7.00 per package. Orders outside the continental USA are credit card or pre-paid only.

Shipping: All orders are shipped ground within the continental USA unless otherwise specified. All orders outside of the continental USA are shipped via U.S.P.S. Air Mail. All orders are FOB Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Most orders ship within 24 hours.

Back Orders: Items temporarily out-of-stock are automatically shipped when available unless you indicate "NO BACK ORDERS". Back orders over 30 days old are re-confirmed prior to shipment.

New Dealer Policy: If interested in becoming part of the Thunder Mfg. team, please call and request a dealer application sent to your dealership. Processing of dealer application takes 5 to 7 business days.

Existing Dealer: We will assign a dealer number to each of our dealers. Thereafter, when ordering, please give your dealer number, quantity, description, and part number. Please include pertinent information such as model and year of bike.

Damaged Shipments / Shortages: any DAMAGED goods or SHORTAGES MUST be reported within 10 days of date of receipt. Claims made after 10 days will not be honored. Shortages and damaged shipments due to carrier handling must be claimed to the carrier. Advise the driver and make a notation on the bill at the time of receipt.

Product Overages / Shortages: If a product is missing or an extra product is included (but not ordered), please contact Customer Service. All overages / shortages must be reported within 10 days of receiving goods. Please have invoice number and number of packages received available.

Merchandise Returns: DO NOT RETURN goods without a Return Authorization No. Call or write Thunder Mfg. before returning any merchandise. A Return Authorization No. and a copy of the purchase order must accompany all returns. Any item returned without a Return Authorization No. may be refused. Reasons for any reason other than defective merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking or repackaging fee. ** Please note: we do not accept any returns on Kury Akyn products. **

Refused Shipments: Freight charges incurred by any delivery refused and returned to Thunder Mfg. will be the responsibility of the customer. Pre-payment will be required on any future orders until the settlement is complete. Upon the second refusal by the same customer, terms will permanently revert to pre-payment. Most returned orders result from customer being unavailable to accept shipment or being unable to pay for the C.O.D. shipment.

Thunder Mfg. Limited Warranty

When returning a product the customer must obtain a return authorization number from Thunder Mfg. Customers are responsible for packaging & shipping, including cost, when returning a product back to Thunder Mfg. for inspection.

Upon receipt Thunder Mfg. will evaluate the product or component in question. If a product is found to be defective by Thunder Mfg. it will be repaired or replaced & shipped back to the customer at no charge. The Thunder Mfg. warranty does not cover loss of use of a vehicle on which a product is installed, or any inconvenience that may occur at that time. Thunder Mfg. does not cover damage to products due but not limited to the following: damages from installation or removal, negligence, carelessness, accidents, or harsh conditions, ordinary wear, power washing, natural occurrence such as stone chips, harsh cleaning agents, or chemicals. In addition, electrical components are not covered for damage due to short-circuiting or over-loaded current. Chrome quality should be inspected at the time of purchase. If the customer is not satisfied with the chrome quality at that time, it is their responsibility to call for a return authorization.

Thunder Mfg. warrants its products against defects in material & workmanship for a period of 1 year. The warranty period begins with the date of "original" retail purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to establish the warranty period by verifying the original purchase date. Accordingly, to avoid dispute, the customer must return the warranty card within 60 days after the date of purchase.
